- Access to the Insurance Carrier and their Adjusters that provide the network of repair facilities and the benefits that come with a network provider, ie. parts/labor discounts.

- Self-service access for insurance customers to locate DRP shops online and schedule an inspection
Independent Appraisal
- Ability to dispatch an independent field appraiser if a second opinion is needed.
- Completion of DOI state re-inspections as required
